1. Can I leave personal belongings in my car?

No. Personal belongings are not to be left in the vehicle.

2. Do you deliver door-to-door?

Yes. Door-to-door pick up and delivery can be arranged or depot to depot/door-to-door for interstate. If door-to-door delivery is requested, access availability must be advised including overhanging trees, narrow streets, roundabouts, traffic islands, council restrictions etc.

3. How do I make payment?

All major credit cards - Visa, Bankcard and M/Card.

4. Is C.O.D. available?

No. Movements must be prepaid.

5. How do I make enquiries and confirm a booking?

Telephone 1300 656 768 and one of our Customer Service Staff will be able to assist you.

6. Do you transport trailers?

No. We do not transport trailers, caravans, boats or motorcycles.

7. Do you transport non goers?

No. All vehicles must be driveable with operable steering, foot and hand brakes.

8. Do I need to remove external accessories?

Yes. All roof racks, weather shields, rear window louvers, bonnet protectors, tow bar tongues must be removed.
